Common questions
We haven't started building yet — is it too early to call?
It's the best time to call. Cabling, speaker positions, screen size and power all get cheaper and tidier when they're planned before the walls go up. Plenty of the people we speak to are still at the plan stage and just want to know what to allow for.
Can you work with the room we've already got?
Yes — garages, rumpus rooms, spare bedrooms and basements are most of what we convert. We'll look at the dimensions, the light and the noise, and tell you what the room can realistically do before you spend anything.
Do you cover my area?
Yes — we're Sydney based and we work right across Sydney, all suburbs.
What does it cost?
Every job is different, so we quote each one properly rather than guessing at a price online. The quote is free and there's no obligation. If you're still planning a build and you just want to know roughly what to set aside, ring us and ask — we'll tell you straight.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Home Entertainment Solutions holds Security Master Licence MB 000107126, and we've been in the AV industry for over 15 years.
Do you supply the equipment as well as install it?
Yes. We supply and install, so you're dealing with one team rather than buying gear somewhere else and trying to find someone to fit it. We work with brands like Marantz, KEF, Klipsch, Sonos, Denon, JBL, Epson and JVC.
